Indoor air quality is displayed as Dyson air quality scale

This is based on combination measurements from your purifiers on board VOC and Particle sensors to control Auto Mode behavior and indicate indoor air quality.

These two pollution levels are combined to give a single value on the Dyson indoor air quality scale.

Particles

The Pure Cool Link has an optical infrared particle sensor. It is able to count particles as air moves through this sensor and using this data can provide a particulate pollution level.

VOCs

The Pure Cool Link has an metal oxide semiconductor(MOS) VOC sensor. With this it can respond to an array of different VOCs in the home environment and provide a VOC pollution level.
